New Zealand Winegrowers created a national cellar door day, which is held in October to promote local wineries and their cellar doors. And creating a national cellar door day deserved a proper logo that would represent the main characteristic of cellar door - stacked bottles of wine.
The brief was direct: make it recognisable, and most crucial visible when shared on social media. With that in mind, I created an abstract logo which shows stacked bottles on the rack. Typography is matching circles which represent the bottom of the bottles.
